Traveller's footage of Jewish community in Poland before 1939 Nazi invasion turned into documentary 

The 1938 three-minute colour film was made by American traveller David Kurtz, whose family had emigrated from Poland in 1890. It shows beaming families standing in groups marvelling at the camera.
