Thug whose girlfriend survived after he threw her from fourth-floor is jailed

John McAleer, 24, was found guilty of attempted murder after throwing girlfriend Danielle Hammond, 21, 45ft to the ground from the balcony of a flat in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
