Tesco sets three-item limit on flour, dried pasta, toilet roll and wipes as panic buying returns

In a bid to avoid the bulk buying which left shop shelves across the UK almost bare in March, the supermarket giant will limit items such as flour, toilet roll and wipes to three per customer.
