Street once plagued with crime is now the 'coolest' in America after undergoing dramatic transformation

Orchard Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side has a rich history. In the 1800s and 1900s it was intentionally avoided by many due to crime but in the last 30 years it has been transformed.
