Sordid steakhouse manager arrested for horrific act against teen female employee

Daniel Barrios Catalan, 46, the co-owner and manager of Latin Flavors in Winder, Georgia was arrested and thrown in jail for allegedly committing a horrific act against a teen female employee on March 1.
