Shocking moment American tourist learned he'd killed woman with dirt bike on Thai vacation

An American tourist struck and killed a 67-year-old Thai woman while speeding on a dirt bike in Chiang Mai. The collision flung the victim onto the pavement and died in hospital soon afterwards.
