Serial thief, 24, with bizarre obsession for stealing baby's soothers from their mouths asked mother if he could 'suck on child's dummy'

Josh Guilder, 24, who was homeless at the time, stole dummies from five different children around Harlow in Essex between February 10 and August 7 last year.
