Rio Tinto chairman Simon Thompson QUITS over miner's destruction of Indigenous Juukan Gorge site

Pressure from Indigenous groups, government and Rio Tinto investors is believed to be behind the plans the company's chairman, Simon Thompson, has to quit the board.
