Revealed: E-bike riders routinely caught speeding near one of London's busiest Christmas tourist spots

A one-hour lunchtime traffic count on Park Lane, near Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park , found more than a dozen e-cyclists exceeding the road's 20mph speed limit.
