Proud Boys member who lit 'victory smoke' cigar inside the Capitol during riot is arrested 

Dominic Pezzola, 43, was taken into custody Friday morning after turning himself in. He faces more than 25 years in prison if convicted after he was caught on video breaking into the Capitol.
