Police hunt blonde woman after boy, four, left fighting for his life in horror 'hit-and-run' crash - as BMW driver, 18, is arrested

The child, who remains in hospital in a 'life-threatening condition' was struck by a BMW in the Lawrence Weston area of Bristol at around 1.51pm yesterday as the vehicle swerved off the road.
