Perth truck driver explains how he crashed his raised trailer into a bridge

Mark Plummer, 65, was driving his Perth Bin Hire truck when he and ploughed into the 6m-high bridge at 90km/hr - but he insists the acciddent was a mechanical fault with the brand-new rig.
