Noogar mother Alana Garlett is the most recent homeless person to die on the streets of Perth

Alana Garlett, 38, was found unwell in the streets of the Perth CBD where she had been sleeping on June 18 and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital by St Johns Ambulance where she later died.
