Munich terror attack exactly five years on from when Anders Breivik murdered 77 in Norway 

On July 22 2011 Anders Breivik exploded a car bomb in Oslo that killed eight people before driving to theisland of Utoya where he gunned down 69 people - mostly teenagers - at a youth camp.
