MPs in constituencies only 35 minutes from Parliament call for right to claim more than £30,000-a-year on second home costs - after they complain about their commute

Under the rules drawn up after the backlash in 2009, those MPs cannot claim for flats close to the Commons but instead receive a £6,570 London area living payment.
