Mother, 32, arrested caught video leaving her four-year-old girl all alone' on Bronx street

The mother of four-year-old Sidaya who was abandoned on a Bronx street has been arrested. Sadeekah Abdul Salaam, 32, had left the little girl and went to stay the night in a homeless shelter.
