Marvin Perez Lopez is arrested for kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old girl weeks after illegally crossing the border and being given a 2027 immigration court date

An undocumented immigrant from Guatemala was arrested in Florida for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor. Marvin Perez Lopez was taken into custody by Palm Beach County police.
