Man who encouraged and filmed his dog violently chasing and attacking a deer is sentenced

Sampson Richard, from Cornwall, pleaded guilty after concerns of a video on Facebook chasing and bringing down a deer were raised. The 28-year-old was sentenced to a 12-month community order
