Man arrested in connection with the death of 'loveable' 16-year-old boy who was killed when tipper truck fell into river

A man has been arrested after Llŷr Davies, 16, died when a tipper truck he was in fell into the Cleddau River in Pembrokeshire, near the former Gilfach Quarry in the Efailwen area of Clynderwen.
