Liz Cheney DID leave a message conceding to Harriet Hageman after her primary loss despite dispute

Hageman claimed during a live Wednesday night interviewthat Cheney only 'left a very brief two-second' voicemail that did not acknowledge her loss. Both sides provided audio to support their claims.
