Hit and run cyclist is being hunted by police after killing retired teacher, 79, in Monmouth

Retired teacher Jane Stone was hit while crossing the road in Monmouth, Gwent, at 9.55pm last Monday. She was taken to hospital, but died of serious head injuries four days later.
