Heartbroken family sues Portland nursing home facility for $10M after 83-year-old grandma with dementia wandered off in freezing cold and was found dead on Christmas Day

Ki Soon Hyun, 83, was moved into the Mt Hood Senior Living Facility in Sandy on December 23. She wandered off less than 24 hours later and was found dead from hypothermia on Christmas.
