Heartbreak as man, 41, dies after he's swept away by floods while checking to see if roads were clear enough to travel to family wedding in Brazil

The body of Carlos Wolfart, a married father-of-two who was swept away in flood last week, was found Wednesday in the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
