Headteacher bans ‘unacceptable’ 80s-inspired hairstyle

Headteacher Barry Smith, who warned pupils to be in bed by 9pm and up at 6.30am, has now banned six hairstyles for students at the Charter Academy at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
