Hacker is sentenced to 13 months in prison for running illegal booter service as a teen

Sergiy P. Usatyuk, 21, was sentenced to 13 months in federal prison and a $542,925 forfeiture of illicit profits on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
