Driver of a 4x4 which killed a one-year-old girl in a church car park will not be prosecuted - after family say they are 'absolutely devastated'

Ivy Mae Ross was hit by a Land Rover in the car park of Plymouth Brethren Christian Church meeting hall in Balmedie, Aberdeenshire, in May last year as the congregation left after a Bible study.
