Dramatic video shows moment 23-year-old pilot crash lands small plane in ocean off Maryland beach

Pilot Trevor H. Deihl, 23, was heading from of Reedville, Virginia when his engine started having problems around 6.19pm Tuesday and dived into shallow water near Ocean Beach, Maryland.
