Couple fined $3,000 after wife, 24, walked her husband, 40, on leash to bypass COVID curfew

Police in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, on Saturday night spotted a woman walking her husband on a leash, but she claimed she was just out 'walking her dog' an hour into the curfew.
