Couple are left fighting for life after being hit by 'drunk' off-duty cop who 'wasn't breathalyzed or arrested'

The collision happened around 9:21pm in Illinois Thursday, and left Chelsey Farley and boyfriend Trevor Hopkins severely injured after being ejected from the vehicle.
