Concern grows for missing cyclist from London last seen weeks ago

Concerned friends and family are looking for missing Tony.
He was last seen on Monday, March 10, in Lower Clapton, Hackney, a missing person poster says.
Tony is described as a middle-aged Black man, who is bald and often wears a cap and watermelon-patter
