City of Flint will pay dog owner $35,000 after cops fatally shot her Labrador mix

The City of Flint, Michigan, has agreed to pay Kristen Wells $35,000 to settle her federal lawsuit over the shooting death of her dog, Bailey, at the hands of an on-duty police officer in October 2017.
