Chilling words 'shooter' said after 'targeting' MGM casino-goer and shooting him dead in food court

Benjamin Williams, 22, of Fort Washington, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly killing Darnell Hawkins Jr., 22, inside the MGM National Harbor food court in Maryland.
