The Windsors is on hold following King Charles’ cancer diagnosis (Picture: Samir Hussein/WireImage)Channel 4 comedy series The Windsors has reportedly paused filming indefinitely after the news of King Charles and Kate Middleton’s health battles.The monarch, 75, announced in February that he was undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with cancer, following  surgery for benign prostate enlargement.Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales underwent abdominal surgery in January, a
