Brooklyn mom, 32, shot dead at memorial for her friend who was executed hours earlier

Shalimar Birkett was shot in the head on Monday night as residents in the Brownsville neighborhood gathered for a vigil for Miles Bobbsemple, who was killed around 12.30am on Monday.
