Boris to hold emergency Cobra meeting as UK braces for new lockdown

Cobra meetings are usually called ahead of a big decisionBoris Johnson will chair an emergency COBRA meeting on Tuesday morning in another sign that new lockdown-style measures are on the way.It will be the first Cobra (which stands for Cabinet Office Briefing Room A) meeting since the height of the pandemic four months ago.
