Body-cam video shows cop 'deleting video from suspect's phone after he filmed violent arrest' 

Philadelphia Police Officer Burnett- whose first name has not been released - was reportedly placed on leave pending an investigation into his arrest of 30-year-old Jacob Giddings on March 23.
