U.S. Department of Justice approves T-Mobile, Sprint tie-up

The U.S. Justice Department said it was greenlighting T-Mobile US Inc'srequest to acquire rival Sprint Corpafter the companies agreed to divest Sprint's prepaid businesses including Boost Mobile to Dish Network Corpin an effort to create a new wireless competitor.
