UK firms can't tell if their IoT is secure

New research from Gemalto has revealed that only around half (48 percent) of businesses can detect if any of their IoT devices have suffered a breach.The company surveyed 950 IT and business decision makers globally to better understand the current state of IoT security.Gemalto found that companies are calling on the government to intervene with 79 percent asking for more robust guidelines on IoT security and 59 per cent seeking clarification on who exactly is responsible for protecting IoT.Alth
