Shanghai fines Didi, Meituan for using unlicensed vehicles

Shanghai authorities have fined ride-hailing service providersDidi Chuxing and Meituan Dianping for using unlicensed vehicles and warned their smartphone applications could be suspended if they continue to fail to meet standards.
