Kim Kardashian, Kanye West video leak lawsuit can proceed

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's lawsuit against the co-founder of YouTube over leaked footage of their marriage proposal should move forward, a California appeals court ruled Wednesday.
