Information Builders names Frank J. Vella new CEO

Frank J. Vella, Informaton Builders' heretofore COO, has been named the company's CEO. Gerald Cohen, who founded the company in 1975 and has been CEO throughout its history, will remain Board chairman and senior advisor.
