Gameloft founding family may increase stake, CEO tells Le Monde
Gameloft 's founding Guillemot family could further increase its stake in the mobile video games maker to fend off an unsolicited tender offer by French media giant Vivendi , Chief Executive Officer Michel Guillemot said in an interview with Le Monde. Led by French tycoon Vincent Bollore, Vivendi raised its tender offer for Gameloft to 7.20 from 6 euros per share on Feb. 29, valuing the company at some 610 million euros ($683.32 million)($663.31 million).
