Facebook's Safety Check now lets you offer help during a crisis

Facebook is expanding Safety Check with a new feature meant to help users connect with each other after a disaster or other emergency.  Called Community Help, the feature opens up Safety Check so Facebook users can connect with each other to offer help after a crisis.
