ACCC says TPG consultant 'had no idea' in TPG-VHA merger case

As the legal battle over the proposed merger between Vodafone Hutchison Australia and TPG continues to rage on, a consultant hired by the latter company has been painted as being under-qualified to deliver financial advice for TPG's capital raise.
