World Cup ticket is aim for new Romania coach Daum

German Christoph Daum was named as coach of Romania on Thursday and his first target will be to qualify for the World Cup in Russia in 2018. The much-travelled Daum replaces Anghel Iordanescu who stepped down after Romania's failure to make it past the first round of Euro 2016. Romania will play Denmark, Poland, Montenegro, Armenia and Kazakhstan in World Cup Group E qualifying.
