Verstappen hits a learning curve in Monaco

By Alan Baldwin MONACO (Reuters) - Dutch teenager Max Verstappen hit the sharp edge of a learning curve at the Monaco Grand Prix on Saturday, two weeks after becoming Formula One's youngest winner. The 18-year-old, who won in Spain on his Red Bull debut, will start Sunday's race from the last row of the grid after crashing at the swimming pool exit in the first phase of qualifying. Australian team mate Daniel Ricciardo, who had the benefit of an upgraded power unit, took pole position.
