UEFA continue to pay banned Platini but Webb 'terminated' by CONCACAF

By Simon Evans MIAMI (Reuters) - Banned UEFA president Michel Platini will continue to be paid “until further notice” despite being unable to carry out his duties, European football's governing body said on Tuesday. UEFA’s statement came after FIFA told Reuters on Monday that their banned president Sepp Blatter was still being paid and would continue to receive his salary until FIFA elect a new leader on Feb. 26.
