Two suspected explosive devices discovered in Hanover - n-tv reporter on CNN

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Authorities in Hanover, Germany, have discovered one explosive device that was meant to be detonated inside a football stadium and a second suspicious device at a train station, a reporter for Germany's n-tv told CNN.
