Tottenham target Pape Cheikh Diop set for Lyon move

Tottenham appear to have lost the race to sign Spain U19 midfielder Pape Cheikh Diop from Celta Vigo. Mauricio Pochettino has been a long-time admirer of the 20-year-old and bid £10m last week.
