Tottenham confirm Vlad Chiriches exit as defender agrees £4.5m switch to Napoli  

Tottenham have announced Romania defender Vlad Chiriches is to join Serie A club Napoli for a £4.5million fee. The 25-year-old struggled to hold down a first-team place at Spurs.
